A Contract Administrator is sought by an established Mid-Tier Builder in South Sydney to work alongside a Project Manager on a $30 million residential project, which is in the construction phase.

Essential requirements:

• A Degree Construction Management or similar
• Jobpac experience essential 
• Minimum 3 years post graduate CA experience with a principal builder 
• A proven history working with an established Builder in Sydney, with local market knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated
• Experience in letting contracts over $10 million
• Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
• Solid forecasting and cost management knowledge
• Self performing and able to work autonomously
