The Company

Our client is a true leader in the residential sector with considerable experience in creating and driving the business to expand and shape its future through a clear strategy in place.

Due to acquiring several developments last year, our client is looking for a talented Project Manager who will manage the project delivery on four key projects through to completion. This person will be an integral part of the team across the Australasia region and managing their delivery.

The Role 

At this time, the role requires an individual particularly strong on the delivery of projects, though experience managing a residential project from inception to completion will be advantageous.

This role has a clear progression path in place and will be attractive to someone who is ambitious, hand-working and committed. Someone who is passionate about contributing to the overall business objectives is a pre-requisite for this role. This is a business fortified by experienced and innovative individuals, with exciting and achievable goals and strong financial foundations.
  
The individual

• 5+ Construction experience
• Tertiary Qualifications
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong stakeholder management skills
