The Role
Your previous Site Management experience will see you be confident in a range of construction projects from new build, fit-out and refurbishments. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- On-site management of staff, program, subbies and safety
- Managing resources to complete elements of work outside of sub-contracted scope
- Liaise with clients regarding all site-based operations
- Manage and encourage safety and environmental requirements
- Ensure projects are completed to exceptional standards by providing technical support and knowledge
You will be expected to lead your team by example whilst delivering a variety of projects to ensure you are continually challenged.
The Like Mind
Previous experience Site Managing within the commercial construction industry is essential, with a strong trade background preferred. You will be driven, excel with time management and be focussed on safety. Experience programming works and exceptional ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of a project will see you succeed within this role.
