A perfect opportunity for a switched on Construction Manager to manage key projects within the Commercial, Education and Healthcare Markets.
Based in Orange NSW you will ideally be seeking an opportunity to live and work in the Country with an organisation that has a strong reputation for delivering key Projects to both Government and Private Enterprises.
The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of projects and must demonstrate a successful track record of managing Clients, Suppliers and Internal staff to deliver quality projects on time and budget.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience delivering mid-tier commercial construction projects.
- Strong project financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills with a successful history of delivering projects within the clients budget.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal contexts.
- Tertiary qualifications in a building related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Highly motivated with excellent work ethic and a positive attitude, with strong leadership skills.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Construction will play a central role in managing all facets of the construction process to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing and delivering construction projects end-to-end and will further manage project cost controls, forecasting, site teams and workplace health and safety.
