Our client are a well known Tier 2 builder that specialise in apartment and commercial projects. The business has been established for twenty years and have a strong reputation for delivering quality projects on time. 

Reporting in to the Directors of the company you will manage all tenders that come into the business from start to finish. You will manage a team and ensure that all estimators follow the companies estimating process and ensure the company is maintaining and building new relationships with sub-contractors.
