  Our client is an established and well respected South Australian Civil and Building company with services surrounding the demolition, renovation and reconfiguration of buildings and facilities. Due to expansion and newly awarded tenders, they are looking for a Leading Hand/ Supervisor to join their Civil division.

  
  You will be a driven hands-on team player, who can demonstrate solid performance in meeting timelines and customer requirements to ensure each project is delivered on time. 
  
  We are also eager to hear from experienced plant operators who are looking to take the next step in their career. 
  
  The potential candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision - preferable but not essential
• Experience in the safe operation of plant equipment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication (oral and written)  and organisational skills
• Competencies in managing building & construction work - preferred
• Competencies in managing staff, sub-contractors and contractors 
• Competencies in managing QSE standards - preferred
• Ability to liaise with; clients, engaged professionals, line managers, field staff, the general public and statutory agency bodies
