Role Remit:

Through effective leadership and implementation of strategies to ensure the group becomes the energy installation contracting company of choice and industry leaders for renewable energy installations works. Ensuring increased sales and profitability for the Group through your hands on' management style.

Duties:

Design, Estimation and Project Management of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Solar PV Installations
Design, Estimation and Project Management of Battery Storage Installations
Design, Estimation and Project Management of Energy Monitoring Installations
Design, Estimation and Project Management of Maintenance proposals on all the installations above
Design and Implementation of Quality Auditing processes
Conduct site inspections, liaise with client representatives and prepare client documentation from Site Inspections
Liaise with internal managers, engineers and sales consultants
Supervise CEC Electricians, Electrical Apprentices and Trade Assistants

Essential Skills & Experience required:

Extensive managerial and project management experience in the electrical and renewables industries
Cert IV or Diploma in Management
Post secondary qualifications in business management
Willingness to travel interstate
Class A Electrical Licence
A current CEC licence
Drivers Licence
White Card
LVR and First Aid
Working Heights Licence
Elevated Work Platform Licence
Electrical LVR/CRP Licence
Building Supervisors Licence
OH&S Representative Training
Current Police Clearance
Current or the ability to pass a DCSI clearance
