Your new company
This national aged care developer have commenced the planning and delivery of multiple aged care developments across NSW. These projects are valued between $10M-$30M and are made up of a mix of over 55's living, residential and special care facilities.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Director you will be responsible for:
- Preparing tender documentation
- Engaging with contractors (head and sub-contract)
- Negotiating final contract terms & conditions
- Processing claims and variation
- Budget management
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years experience in a contracts administration role
- Experience within the commercial building sector
- Strong MS Project experience
What you'll get in return
