Our client is an established developer/builder with a strong project pipeline and a reputation for delivering quality residential projects. Due to them securing an exciting, new project they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Sydney business. 

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience within an established builder and a demonstrated track record of delivering high-end residential construction projects. We are looking for someone with great leadership skills and a can-do attitude who can run their own programs with minimal support.
  
  Responsibilities;

• Possess a relevant trade or degree and 10+ years' Site Manager experience in the Sydney building industry
• Have extensive experience delivering projects preferably in Metro locations
• Currently located in Sydney 
• Focus on quality with understanding of risk assessment 
• Solid tenure with previous, reputable, Australian builders 
• Advanced computer skills 
• Passion for delivering quality project with exceptional finishes 
• Appropriate OHS qualifications
