- Support the sales team by producing quotes and estimates, mainly to architects and builders
- High End, Large Scale Swiss Glazing System with a growing Australian company
- Professional level verbal communication skills and keen to learn about our glazing products.
Vitrocsa produces high end, specialised Swiss sliding glass systems with hidden tracks & frames servicing architectural projects within Australia, NZ and Asia. Our unique minimal framed windows and doors are built to monolithic proportions and require precision installation. We are experiencing fantastic growth so this role is crucial to the company's future success.
We require a full-time Junior Estimator to join our Sales team based at our factory & head office in Botany, NSW.
The Successful Candidate
You will bring prior experience in an estimating role. You enjoy client contact and developing solutions but have a disciplined approach to ensuring the timely delivery of quotations and cost estimates.
Key attributes for success in this role are:
- High level of attention to detail with superior accuracy and efficiency in reviewing and preparing documents.
- 1+ years estimating experience preferably within the window, facade, glazing industries or architectural products, but not essential
- An appreciation of modern architecture and construction methods.
- Willingness to learn the intricacies of our very specialised products and become familiar with the capabilities to provide the best solutions
- Organised and methodical approach to processing enquiries & quotations with the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries
Essential Criteria:
- Professional verbal and excellent written communication skills
- Thorough working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite
Desirable but not essential:
- Ability to interpret architectural plans
- Understanding of Australian Standards for Building specifically Windows, Doors and Glazing.
