An immediate contract opportunity exists with a leading developer to assist with defects /maintenance.

Responsibilities would include;

Liaise with builder and purchaser in relation to all defects
Work with Subcontractors to coordinator bookings
Attend site to ensure defects have been tended to
Manage defects register
Manage the project file
Ad hoc administration

To be successful in the role of you will possess

A client focused background in construction or the trades
Have fantastic interpersonal skills
Strong time management
Strong database management skills
Strong conflict resolution skills.
