Project Manager

Redpath Partners are working with a private developer who are looking to hire a strong Project Manager, who will quickly take up the front-end process, whilst overseeing delivery. 

Based in Sydney's CBD, our client are a well-established developer who have strong ties within the retail and commercial space. Currently looking to expand, the firm is looking to hire a technically strong Project Manager who has the capability and desire to step into a Development Manager role later down the line. 

With a strong pipeline of work across Australia, the selected applicant will step into the delivery of a childcare center, whilst being involved in the early phases of retail and commercial works. The team is made up of dynamic and experienced individuals, who would provide the opportunity to gain invaluable industry experience from feasibility, deal sourcing and fund raising, right the way through to delivery and overall asset management.

The role would suit a Project Manager, who has gained 5+ years' experience, ideally with a hands-on construction background. Prior experience delivering on commercial and retail projects would be ideal, with high-end residential experience being a great bonus.
