Your Next Company:
I am currently working with a highly regarded family business who specialise in Subdivions, they have projects throughout Melbourne for Tier 1 clients such as Simmonds, Burbank and the ABN Group.
Due to increased workload in the booming Victoria market thre is an imediate need for a strong Foreman to run a $30million project in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne from start to finish.
Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day management of subdividion projects (up to $30M)
- Ensuring safety is always the #1 priority.
- Coordinating closely with Construction Manager
- Facilitating Tool Box Meetings on a regular basis
- Coordinating required resources
The Successful Candidate:
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
- A stable career history with reputable civil contractors
- Foreman experience is essential (min 3 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A clear focus on safety as the #1 priority
- Proven track record of delivering substantial subdivision projects
