This large home builder has been established in Vic for more than 15 years. This company is very busy and in keeping up with such a huge market demand, have a position open for a senior production estimator.  
  
The Role

Reporting to the estimating manager, he is highly involved with all of his team, assisting you whenever you may need it

• Completing all building estimating requirements
• Producing accurate documentation within budgeted timelines
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
• Ability to liaise with supervisors, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors
• Experience working within residential construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
• Minimum 2 years of custom residential experience in estimating
