Firmly establishing ourselves as market leaders, and in line with our continued growth, we are now seeking either a Quantity Surveyor or Junior Contracts Manager.

Our areas of specialisation are commercial, rail, government, heritage, education and prestige residential.

You will be working on various projects across Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and professional Tier 2 company that continues to grow.

Your responsibilities will mirror your previous experience in the following key areas:

• Responsible for subcontract packages, procurement schedules
• Monitor and prepare variations and progress claims
• Take subcontracts through negotiation stage to finalisation
• Overseeing all project costs/expenditure
• Administration of RFIs to architects, consultants & clients
• Prepare subcontractor documents and manage subcontractor packages and payments
• Preparing and managing cost plan
• Data collecting, comparing and reporting
• Ensure quality compliance on all project
• Provide outstanding client service

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree qualified

• 3+ years' experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Our project team will provide support and guidance, however, you will be responsible for your own workload and as such be highly committed, driven and reliable.
