Operating across Western Victoria this civil contractor is never short of work. Established 5 years ago they have forged ahead in the earthworks and drainage space. Headed up by two superstar Directors they are now looking to appoint a gun Operations Manager to help take the business forward. 

In this role you will be given autonomy and a license to do your thing completing tasks such as: 

• Reviewing our current operations
• Helping with tenders/ estimating
• Systems and procedures
• Assessing subbies & reviewing rates
• Business development

To Be Considered: 

To be considered it is essential that you have recently worked for a civil contractor in an Ops Manager or Project Manager role where you have achieved excellent outcomes for the business. In addition, you will have: 

• Qualifications & a strong understanding of civil construction techniques 
• Strong working knowledge of programming projects & ability to read plans
• Proven ability to create and implement processes and procedures
• Ability to handle working in a fast paced environment
