Client Details
This company is a privately owned Project Management and Advisory business firmly established in the Health, Aged Care and Education markets. Their business in VIC continues to grow, built on quality work and repeat business from private and public sectors.
Description
They are currently looking for an immediate Project Manager to work in their Aged Care and private Health sector project team. You will be working with a highly experienced team of peers and play a key role in the engineering and construction of medium to large projects, you will have direct interaction with both contractors and clients; and work and develop with some of the best in the industry.
Profile
- Be professional and technically minded.
- 3 to 6 years' experience in an Assistant Project Management role or in Client Side Project Management environment.
- Ideally, but not essential have worked on Aged Care, Health, Education or Government projects.
- Have solid building experience and the ability to critically monitor contractors work and progress on site.
- Have excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Have the technical writing skills and stakeholder management experience.
- You will have a very strong attention to detail, be able to pick up new concepts and skills easily and take initiative.
