There is nothing boring about this builder, if you want to work on projects ranging from $100k Fitouts to $20m Commercial builds and everything in between, this is your chance! With excellent management, exciting projects and no glass ceilings on your future, this is a mid tier builder with a Tier 1 culture.
Right now, we are looking for a CA to jump on a University upgrade which includes new classrooms and a hall refurbishment which comes to $5m in value. You will be working closely with an experienced PM & SM and will be in charge of the following.
- Managing Scopes of work.
- Liaising with client and Project manager to negotiate variations and extensions.
- Procurement and trade packages.
- Cost reporting.
- Strong management and communications skills.
For this role you need to be energetic, positive, can add value to an already established strong culture and keen on forward progression and a future management role.
