This company has built new homes in the Nowra to Wollongong areas for the past 20 years and is looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to work out of their Nowra head office. 

Large office and large, supportive internal team. Low staff turnover and experienced upper management.   

Your role as the Sales Estimator:
  • Compiling preliminary pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projects
  • Prepare tenders, assist with pricing requests and generate accurate base costs for projects
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager and the external  suppliers/subcontractors 
  • Tenders and variations 
What you need to fulfill the Sales Estimating role:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability with colleagues, trades/subcontractors and clients.
  • Experience as a Sales Estimator from another home building company 
  • Trade or degree qualification and experience in the Australian housing market
