Civcon Civil & Project Management is a West Australia Civil Construction and Project Management company, providing outstanding services to our niche client base.
We currently have a full time Works Scheduler position available to work in our ATCO Gas team which is based at our Belmont facility.
We are looking to engage an experienced Works Scheduler. This is a varied and hands on role that would suit a highly organised and flexible individual, with excellent coordination skills.
The Role:
This role will be responsible for works scheduling of gas services for our client; monitoring day to day works to ensure no loss of productivity, and assisting Supervisors to ensure prioritisation, Service Level Agreements and KPI’s. This role will be primarily accountable for ensuring Company employees and subcontractors have the necessary information and paperwork for their allocated jobs and will be required to schedule or reschedule jobs to meet client job demands.
If you have worked in a role where you were responsible for scheduling employees and subcontractor’s crews previously then this will be an advantage. It is crucial that you have excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face as you will need to manage problems and queries on a daily basis. Due to the level of administrative support required in the job you will also be required to have an advanced knowledge of M/S Excel.
Essential criteria:
- Strong experience in rostering systems to ensure no loss of productivity
- High level coordination and organisation skills are necessary
- Excellent customer service skills and communication
- Strong MS Office skills in Excel skills including Pivot tables, Macros and V-Lookup
- Well-developed administration skills, with high level attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with rapid changes in work schedules
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally 3 years plus
- A professional attitude
- The ability to work in high pressure environments and meet strict deadlines
