The Role & Company
My client provides specialist development and construction services to large scale owner operators, developers and private investors delivering residential, age care and Institutional projects in NSW.
Over 70% of the clients are repeat business customers and it is paramount you enjoy building long term relationships and have strong people management skills in a client focused role.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be working on projects up to $100 Million dollars from feasibility stage to construction stage. Core projects range from $20 Million to $50 Million and to help coordinate your work you will be overseeing and mentoring a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualified in a property or construction related degree
- You will have a minimum of 5 years client side project management experience
- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering residential projects
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy building long term relationships with all project stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy
- You will have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment
