What will you be doing...
Assisting initially and then leading the delivery team on a $30M project that is coming in the early construction phase. You will be managing a tier two contractor and be the liaison between the client and various stakeholders. 

You will be reporting to the Director of project management, however, this is a flat structured business so you will feel very much part of a team. Celebrating project wins, project completion and any chance to get out of the office to build further relationships with clients is all part of how they do business. 

As the Client side Project Manager, you will be responsible for time, cost and quality of all of your projects.

Who are you...
Your construction background will put you in good stead for the complex projects and hands-on approach that make this consultancy one of the best at delivering on what they set out to do. 

The most successful Project Managers in this company do come from a tier one or two contractors in either Project Engineer, Contract Administration OR Junior Project Manager roles. You will be down to earth, humble and be keen to deliver high-quality projects for greater Melbourne.

To be considered for this role you will need a

• Bachelors degree in Construction or Property 
• 3 - 5 years commercial candidates
• ent interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in stakeholder management
• New build commercial project experience
