This leading Project Management consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager with GC21 experience to their project team based in South West Sydney.
The business is currently engaged on this $110m project and now have the opportunity to supplement the team with an experienced SPM with particular expertise through the construction phase of a GC21 contract.
Reporting to the Project Director you will have overall responsibility for the project through the 24-month construction program and ultimately the successful delivery of the development.
To be successful in this role you need to have:
- A degree in construction, property or related area
- A minimum of 10 years local experience
- Demonstrable experience in the construction stage delivery of GC21 Contracts
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience in a Consulting or Client-Side role
This is a 24-month contract position based in South West Sydney. It will suit someone living in SW Sydney, Wollongong, Picton, Southern Highlands or surrounds.
