With endless land mark projects under their belt they are continuing to secure project after project throughout Australia. They have several offices located around the country and they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Gold Coast office.

Project Overview
Their Gold Coast office has been established for nearly 20 years and they are a dominant force in the Gold Coast/Tweed areas. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a $28M residential apartment project which consists of 25 levels.


About you: 
You'll be an experienced Site Manager who has solid experience delivering projects in the commercial and residential sectors up to $30M/$40M with leading mid tier builders in Australia.

To be successful for the role of a Site Manager you will need: 

• A minimum of 10 years experience delivering your own projects
• A strong Commercial/residential background
• Experience on projects $25M plus
• Stability on your CV
• Able to deal with unions
• Good communicator
• Able to manage a team and consultants
• Able to mentor Foreman
• Be well presented as you will be dealing with the client
