The Role:
 
An exciting opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Shopfit Services team in the position of Project Manager.
 
The main focus of this diverse role will be to facilitate the successful delivery of hospitality, retail and commercial fit-out projects in Victoria and interstate. You will be responsible for ensuring all timeframe, budgetary and quality requirements are met, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage hospitality, retail and commercial fit out projects from commencement to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
  • Coordinate external contractors
  • Prepare and submit cost estimates and quotations
  • Cost control
  • Ensure fit out works are completed to the correct quality within a fixed budget
  • Local and interstate travel as required
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Prior experience in a Project Manager or Supervisor role
  • Relevant Building Trade Qualification or hands-on Shop Fitting experience
  • Background on Hospitality or Retail fit-out projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationships building skills
  • High level of computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high pressure situations
  • Current Australian drivers licence
