The Opportunity
Your primary focus will be on commercial office space, with a healthy pipeline of negotiated projects on the horizon. The position offers a very stable opportunity that could lead to quick promotion. The opportunity would suit someone who is looking to broaden their ability, but who is also hungry enough to excel and beat deadlines. The position will offer training within estimating/tendering, client management, site supervision along with much more.
Ideally the perfect candidate will also have a history of managing people too as there is an opportunity to train up members of the other project teams and help push the development of others forward.
Working with one of the most experienced and respected teams in the industry you will be given autonomy to drive the jobs as you see fit with the backing of some of the industry's finest. You will be assisting up to 2 project managers at a time depending on the workload and size of projects.
The Right Person
BSc Construction Management or equivalent
3+ years fitout experience in Australia
Head-contractor Experience on Projects over $2million
High end commercial Office, Retail or Hospitality is an advantage.
Enthusiastic and Driven individual that is tech savvy
