Working predominately in the Commercial, Education and Industrial sectors this established Tier 3 builder has built an enviable reputation for being able to deliver at a high standard . It's due to this reputation and experience that they continually develop their lasting relationships and consistently win a lot of repeat business.
Project
The project will be based in the Eastern suburbs on a main University campus and will be a $2 million fit out of a 4 level library
Person
Ideally as a Site Manager you will come from a trades background, have recent experience working for a tier 3 builder upwards, and have experience on working on a Fit out project from $1 million upwards
You will have a good understanding of the full project life cycle, setting up the site, ensuring all documentation and permits are in place, running multiple trades while keeping the project on program.
Rewards
For the right candidate the rates will be in the region of $65ph-$70ph and will offer on going work following this project
