We pride ourselves on delivering projects to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
Due to ongoing growth and diversity in our service offering, we are seeking to add to our high performing team a Site/Building Supervisor.
To be successful in the role you must have the following criteria:
- Managing and supervising multiple construction projects from site works through to handover with high quality.
- Ensure compliance with our Workplace Health and Safety practices.
- Organised and 'Proactive' in getting the job done, quality, on time and on budget.
- Manage a smooth building process with contractors, suppliers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will need to manage the technical and financial aspects of our projects, have attention to high quality and detail, be able to respond to fast changes of environments on a building site, have the ability to perform under pressure, deliver projects on strict timelines and on budget and possess excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with our clients and team.
To apply for this position you will have:
- Experience in Site Supervising with a current Building Supervisor License (minimum 2 Storey)
- White Card
- Sound knowledge and experience in current Building codes and Legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sound computer and literacy skills
- Current driver’s license
- The ability to make critical & fast decisions
