Site Manager needed for commercial project. Technical role with heritage elements. Central Canberra.

Your new company
Our client is all about their clients. With 30 years' experience in the Canberra market, they are known around town for not only fantastic building, but also fantastic client engagement. This builder specialises in commercial and fitout projects, with no project being too complex. Because of this, they are sought out by both government and private sector clients to deliver the best, time and time again. Due to one of their Site Managers relocating outside of Canberra, a fantastic opportunity has become available.

Your new role
As the Site Manager, you will:

• Work on a $30m project, taking you well into 2020;
• Be responsible for site set up through to defect and handover;
• Manage site staff and subcontractors;
• Ensure the project is on schedule and at a high quality.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you will need:

• Site Manager experience on commercial projects;
• An understanding of technical issues and the ability to work out a solution;
• Strong communication with all parties including clients;
• Ability to start in the near future.
