Blag Homes are a diversified builder that build Residential Homes, Custom Homes & Residential Medium Density Projects.
We pride ourselves on delivering projects to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
Due to ongoing growth again, we are seeking to add to our high performing team a Site/Building Supervisor.
The role will require you to utilise your skills and expertise in the following areas:
- Managing and supervising multiple construction projects from site works through to handover with high quality.
- Ensure compliance with our Workplace Health and Safety practices.
- Liase with our clients and maintain a high level of communication skills.
- Manage a smooth building process with contractors, suppliers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will need to manage the technical and financial aspects of our projects, have attention to high quality and detail, be able to respond to fast changes of environments on a building site, have the ability to perform under pressure, deliver projects on strict timelines and on budget and possess excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with our clients and team. Reporting back to the current construction manager.
To apply for this position you will have:
- Experience in Site Supervising
- Current Building Supervisor License (minimum 2 Storey)
- White Card
- Sound knowledge and experience in current Building Codes and Legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sound computer and literacy skills
- Current drivers license
- Trade Background (Carpentry Preferred)
- The ability to make critical & fast decisions
