Senior Civil Supervisor | Growing Tier 3 business | $100m project | $140k + package
 
I am working with an expanding regional main contractor who have picked up 2 x $100m VicRoads projects in Melbourne. They are looking for Senior Supervisors to deliver the projects as part of a team.

These are interesting and challenging projects involving large scale road upgrade/widening, and tying in several structural elements.
 
This company are in a great spot to expand and become competitive on larger contracts down the line. You will be going straight onto their largest projects, so these roles provide a chance to make a name for yourself and become a highly valued team member.
 
The Role

• You will be working on $100m VicRoad projects
• You will liaise with SPE’s, and PM’s to manage effective delivery of the site

Requirements

• You will have worked on road projects in Australia over the value of $20m from start to finish (preferably VicRoads projects)
• You will have demonstrable experience working successfully as Supervisor in Australia
• You will be a strong personality and able to work effectively as a Site Supervisor

The package

• Basic salary of up to $140k
• Package incl. company car & super
• Access to a long pipeline of work in Melbourne, working for a well-known regional contractor
