Our client is a well-respected, medium sized builder which has grown significantly over recent years and now handles a range of commercial, institutional, healthcare and educational projects, mainly in the $1-10M range and at times up to $20M. They can now offer the opportunity for a high caliber PM to join their successful team.
It is essential that you have a recognisable and stable background working as a project manager for a commercial builder in Melbourne. This should include the delivery of multiple projects on time, from start to finish, and the ability to maximize profit for each job. You should also demonstrate a strong level of computer skills, programming ability and the willingness to work with structured systems and procedures.
