- Ongoing casual position offering 38+ hours per week
- $30+ per hour with overtime when applicable

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators with Asphalt experience to join a crew within a highly regarded multinational company in Brisbane, QLD. Our client provides high quality asphalt and spray sealing products and contracting capabilities for large infrastructure projects, state, local government and civil construction.
Duties/responsibilities:
- Operating steel drum asphalt roller
- Operating hand rollers
- Raking and shovelling asphalt
- Ensuring all quality assurance standards are being adhered too
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in asphalt & road surfacing is essential.
- Steel drum roller VOC or relevant ticket
- Paving machine operator experience
- A Minimum C Class drivers licence (HR highly regarded);
- Success driven mentality whilst taking into consideration all accounts of safety
