An organisation with a large property portfolio along with extensive new build plans over the next few years needs to add to it's project delivery team. Working as Assistant PM you'll own a portfolio of projects, be well supported in a well established project team.
You'll either be out on-site across a range if projects in Sydney Metro ( hence fully expensed car) or working from your home or office.
We will, however, need to see first-hand exposure to construction projects in one form or another. Applicants who can evidence exposure to multiple/concurrent projects at any one time ( ideally commercial or residential) would be ideal.
