This business is a well established Melbourne builder who are continuing to expand and are looking to add a Design Coordinator to their team. You will join a solid team and work across several projects covering design issues and then following the projects through construction. The projects will be varied commercial-industrial developments ranging up to $100 million in size.

As Design Coordinator you will deal closely with the design consultants, client stakeholders and relevant authorities as the designs are developed and delivered to the construction team. You will continue to support the project through the construction phase, giving you a rounded job experience. Working with some of the best in the industry this role will enable you to gain experience in what is viewed as a long term appointment.

To suit this role you will need to be a motivated operator, with good communication skills along with the ability to work as part of a tight knit team. You will ideally have experience as a design coordinator or design manager with a builder working across pre and post construction activities.
