A Project Manager job delivering a range of building projects across Victoria.

Your new company
A Project Manager position has become available with a government body due to an expanding and large pipeline of building projects for the next several years. This role requires a superior professional as this role is a key member of the major projects team and responsible for delivering projects across the state.

Your new role
As the Project Manager you will report to the Senior Project Manager and deliver a large portfolio of building projects that consists of new builds, refurbs and fitouts. You will have end - end project experience as the majority of your portfolio will be delivering projects from conception through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful your communication skills must be exceptional as managing internal and external relationships will be key to your success in the role. You will have strong attention to detail and being able to think outside the square to solve problems/variations that arise. An Architecture or engineering qualification will be highly regarded.
