The Company
This well respected Head Contactor has been successfully trading for over 60 years, they have developed with the times by keeping up to date with the latest software and systems. Currently employing around 170 staff they focus on a variety of Aged Care, Commercial, Health and Institutional sectors.
The role
In this role you will be involved from the pre-construction stages, writing scopes, negotiating with Sub contractors & suppliers, writing recommendation reports then managing progress payments, claims variations etc during the construction stages.
To be shortlisted in this role you will be required to have;
- A Construction Degree, Ideally Ba in Cons Management.
- Around 5 years local post graduate Contract Administration experience.
- A proven background negotiating with suppliers and finalising contract agreements.
- Professional communication skills.
- Previous experience within the local government sector delivering commercial construction projects ranging up to $25M.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a full time role and a salary package of around $110K - $130K - commensurate with experience level
