Our client is one of Victoria's busiest builders.  They specialise in commercial, apartment and retail projects up to $50M in value.  One of their landmark projects is about to hit the finishes phase so are now in the market for a dynamic and hard working finishes foreman.
 
To be considered you will need previous experience on medium to large scale apartment projects in a similar role.  You will have an incredibly keen attention to detail and you will be exceptionally organised.  You will possess a high degree of technical knowledge and MUST come from a trade background.

You will be expected to perform the following tasks:

• Assist with the scheduling and planning of work
• On site Quality Assurance 
• Provide support to trades and labour & co-ordinate sub-contractors
• Oversee on site OH & S
• Liaise with the senior site manager and other foreman
• Attend and present at weekly site meetings
