Our client is one of Australia's most buoyant builders.  They specilaise in commercial, industrial & apartment developments from $20M in value right through to $150M.  They have recently secured a technically challenging D & C Aged Care project worth $40M+ and are looking for a senior project manager to successfully deliver it on time and on budget.

To be considered for this position you will require extensive Project Management experience on large value projects.  You will preferably come from a Tier One or Tier Two environment and be comfortable with all the processes and procedures that go with large value projects.  Previous Aged Care or Apartment project experience will be viewed favourably.
 
Reporting to the State Manager in VIC you will be given complete autonomy over your project so you will possess the ability to effectively lead a team. With a proven track record in Project Management you will have a passion for quality, the ability to manage programs and budget, work under pressure and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.

You will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction with strong leadership and communication skills whilst having a keen eye for detail and presentation.  You will also possess a sound knowledge of the Victorian construction market including unions, sub contractors etc
