We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our NSW & ACT (Building) business. You will effectively manage and lead the day to day activities of direct labour and subcontractors in the delivery of the scope of services; meeting safety, financial and productivity targets within planned schedules, guidelines, inspection requirements, contract, drawings and specifications. As the successful candidate you will need to be highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills & experience;
- Extensive experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor will be highly regarded
- Experience in delivering major building projects ($300mil+)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, relevant Safety, Quality and Environmental standards legislation and practices
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise resources to achieve outcomes
- Proven ability to develop and lead a team to complete works to meet targets
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan works to achieve KPIs and targets
