This national mid tier builder operates in the commercial market generally targeting projects up to $100mil in value. They have built a business with over $1billion in turnover predominately from Government projects, which remain core to their business strategy.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will join a team of experienced Estimators and manage your own tenders from start to finish. However, when needed you will also assist the other Estimators to meet deadlines.

You will work closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, Submissions Coordinator, Construction Manager, Commercial Manager and PM's to provide competitive tenders that cover price, construction methodology, programme, value engineering, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.

Many of the projects will involve ECI components or be D&C, so projects will be won based on the completeness of your tenders and how you address all aspects of a project.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Due to the nature of the projects they undertake it would be preferred, but not essential, for the person to have experience with a Top Tier or upper Mid Tier contractor working on large complex Government and/or institutional projects.

This role can be managed to suit an Estimator or a Senior Estimator.
