Our client is a highly respected Melbourne-based developer/builder that has a well-established presence and client base in Melbourne. They have a reputation for their approach to client relationships and ability to deliver an outstanding product.
They have one of Melbourne's most amazing company cultures and have extremely low staff turnover due to consistent project work, flexible work environment and the energy & passion of their Directors.
Due to moving into a high growth period with a huge pipeline extending throughout the next 6 years, they have a newly created Business Development Coordinator role to work as part of the Pre-Construction team on identifying new business opportunities, letting packages, design and packaging of Commercial / Industrial projects across Melbourne.
Description
Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will have responsibility for preparing trade packages, subcontractor quotes, design and for working with clients to offer innovative construction solutions.
This role would suit someone looking for autonomy, leadership opportunities and a genuine career growth path from their employer.
Profile
With a demonstrated background in working for a commercial builder/QS consultancy in Melbourne you will have meticulous attention to detail, be dynamic, as well as having exceptional people management skills, excellent stakeholder management ability and the ability to work autonomously.
