Senior Estimator

Our client is a Top Tier Building Developer aligned with major infrastructure projects throughout Australia. We have a Brisbane based permanent role offering an opportunity to work on world class projects with a lucrative salary package.
The opportunity exists to join the team working on a variety of major projects including high-rise residential, luxury hotels, high end commercial and historical builds.
As a Senior Estimator you will be responsible for obtaining tenders, obtaining material costs, calculation of tenders, taking into consideration project management and overheads. You will have experience dealing with clients and be able to effectively liaise with all major stakeholders.
To be considered suitable for this role you will possess the following;
- Currently working as a Senior Estimator or 8+ years experience
- Possess the relevant Tertiary qualifications.
- A strong background in building and construction on mid to top-tier developments.
- Previous structural, design & construct , true costing principals and earthworks experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Goal orientated with attention to detail
- Ability to deliver under tight time constraints
