As a volume builder, the company manages on average 100 domestic sites in Melbourne northern suburbs and it’s due to this record sales and growth that this exciting opportunity has opened for a Site Supervisor to join their award winning team.
Your new role
• Oversee construction across various sites and maintain high quality standard
• Coordinate various trades and subcontractors to achieve outcome
• Report to internal stakeholders and advise on site progression and outcomes
• Manage and implement work practices across multiple stages of construction.
• Complete building progress reports, conduct site inductions for contractors and liaise with site manager on key milestones.
What you’ll need to succeed
• Trade qualification or Diploma of Building
• 2+ years of building supervision experience is desirable
• Individuals with knowledge of construction reporting and processes will look favourable
• Team focused with a high drive to succeed and progress in your career
• High verbal and written skills are needed for this role
