McNally Contracting are market leaders in the construction, relocation and installation of mining camps throughout Western Australia. In order to support our growth through 2018 and into 2019 we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to run our pipeline of mining camp projects. We are looking for a highly driven individual that has the ability to adapt to a changing environment and can excel in a fast paced work atmosphere.
Responsibilities will include;
- Leading a project team to successful outcomes in the areas of safety, time, cost and quality
- Maintain and establish positive client relationships
- Manage the areas of safety, design, contracts, cost control, procurement, supervision and quality.
- Site visits as and when required
Skills and experience will include;
- 5+ years in a similar role within the remote area construction space is essential
- A degree in Engineering/Construction Management is preferable but not essential
- Previous demonstrated experience working in a similar position, preferably within a contractor background
- Directly managed and led project teams
