• Projects up to $200m
• CBD - Immediate start available

Design & Build are currently working with an Established builder who has been established in the NSW market for over 20 years. They are are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to work on projects up to $200m.

To be shortlisted for this role you will be required to have the following;

• Previous commercial/high rise building experience
• Good understanding of OH&S processes
• Established relationships with subcontractors
• Trade qualification preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
