ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ROLE
Our client is a rapidly growing hospitality group that have two key brands that operate under the parent company. These businesses have a strong international & national presence respectively and are both going through a significant period of growth which is set to continue.
With aggressive growth plans over the coming years, their Development Team require an ambitious and enthusiastic Project Manager to tackle a broad range of exciting and challenging development related projects and tasks.

DUTIES
  • Undertake all applications and reporting to obtain the required permit approvals for works to new and existing sites;
  • Coordinate tender process of major fir-out components and manage project budgets;
  • Liaise and manage key project stakeholders (landlord, construction, contractors etc) to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily;
  • Manage the R&M process with venues;
  • Perform building management services for the Company owned buildings;
  • Manage all tenant correspondence, maintenance, OH&S, fire safety and cleaning; and
  • Project manage any further development or works as required.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Certification or degree in Construction or Project Management;
  • Experience in Commercial Project Management/Administration as well as hospitality industry construction;
  • Organised and acute attention to detail;
  • Capability to prioritise and complete tasks to a high quality within short time-frames; 
  • Understanding of project budgeting and the ability to manage construction costs;
  • Be able to work with and build effective working relationships with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organisation, with clients and suppliers.
