The Company
Our client is well-established apartment builder and developer focused on the delivery of high value projects in excess of $70m.
Led by a driven and dynamic Managing Director, they are going through continuous growth
and purely down to the level of work secured they are in need of a Senior Contract Administrator to work on recently secured projects in Liverpool.
The Role
Working from their site office, you will be letting of contracts & scope of works and then taking the project through construction inclusive of assessing and processing variations and progress claims to final accounts.
You will be working on their latest development in Liverpool which is a 200+ Units project.
Qualifications & Experience
• You will have worked on high rise residential projects
• You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working as a Contracts Administrator in Australia
• Having worked for a well-recognised builder in the Australian market, it would be ideal for you to have a strong sub-contractor base
• You will have extremely strong communication skills whereby you can represent your employer with all stakeholders including being able to converse professionally & accurately with clients
