Our highly regarded cutting edge client is currently experiencing significant and exciting growth within the commercial development and construction division. Reporting directly to the Senior Contract Administrator and providing critical operational support to Program and Project Managers, your key responsibilities will include;
- End to end administration and management of the commercial project life cycle,
- Project administration,
- End to end contract management,
- Compiling weekly and monthly financial operation and project reports,
- Cost tracking,
- Preparation of Bills of Quantity and take offs,
- Tracking quotes, purchases, works and supply orders, cash flow, invoices and subcontractor expenditure,
- Assisting with various end to end tendering processes,
- Liaising directly with clients and other key internal and external stakeholders,
- Assist with project risk identification,
- Ensuring all work completed is according to ISO quality management system standards and
- Adhoc tasks as required.
To be considered for this opportunity ideally you will demonstrate a sound and recent level of Contract Administration experience within a commercial development and construction environment. You will be competent with reading and understanding detailed construction plans and documents and agreements in accordance with construction codes and standards.
Your strengths include; organisation and time management skills, excellent communication and relationship building skills with a broad range of key stakeholders. MS Excel – Intermediate to Advanced.
