Company:

My client is an established retail Fit Out Contractor with over 12 years of fitout experience, and a portfolio now exceeding $120 million. They are one of the most respected builders in their field and the preferred contractor to some of Australia's major retailers. They have an exciting upcoming pipeline of future projects.

Project:

Due to a recent project being awarded they are looking for a Leading Hand on a contract basis to be based in Adelaide. The project is a full retail refurb and fit out which is being rolled out on a 12 week program.

Requirements: 

• Completed carpentry trade
• Delivered retail fitout projects
• A minimum of 2 years leading hand experience
• The ability to work across projects from $1M up to $5M

Duties:

• Management of trades on site in line with the construction programme
• Professional communication to Site Manager and Project Manager
